Arriving at Mellem Ville-Marie, it's impossible to miss the Agricultural Promenade perched on the roof! This 6,500 square foot hanging garden offers a green space to grow your herbs, garden with neighbours or simply take a break under the pergolas with a breathtaking view of the city. The outdoor kitchen and its BBQ, strategically installed in the middle of the space, is the perfect pretext for a meeting with neighbours when the summer days drag on. Below, the interior courtyard seduces the entire community with its calm set back from the street, ideal for a game of ping-pong after a day of remote work!
Now let’s head to Mellem Manoir-des-Trembles, in Gatineau, where the outdoor space takes on an even more #nature dimension. The courtyard at the heart of the building is a gathering place set back from the street where pergolas provide shade in high summer and urban agriculture bins allow seasonal flowers and vegetables to grow. And when the end of the day comes, everything comes alive with discussions around a corn roast. Who’s joining us? But it is above all the direct access to Gatineau Park that distinguishes this project: in a few minutes on foot, the trails open their arms (or feet!) to you for a spontaneous hike or a more intense sporting activity, all year round. That’s also what the Mellem life is, after all.

At Mellem Ville-Marie, the Collaborative Space is located right next to a brand new café, Junco, creating the perfect routine between work and a well-deserved break. With its large windows overlooking the interior courtyard and Place Montgomery, this space is bathed in natural light which makes you want to stay focused, whether remote working in the private rooms or interacting with neighbours in the open areas . A few steps further is the gym, also flooded with light, which in turn offers everything you need to train at your own pace, in a 100% motivating atmosphere.
Now we're heading to Outaouais, where Mellem Manoir-des-Trembles also offers its share of functional spaces lined up under the arches of the ground floor. Shared kitchen for a lunch with neighbours, Collaborative Space to answer your emails right outside your home, everything is there. These spaces where softness is found in every detail, from the comfortable furniture to the well-designed lighting ambiance, are also your home, after all! See you there?

On the Mellem Manoir-des-Trembles side, we find the Relaxation room, strategically located at the entrance, which welcomes residents in a completely soothing atmosphere. The soft lighting and minimalist layout provide the perfect setting for reading your latest novel, listening to music or taking a moment for yourself after a day of being active outside.
